Maybe you’ve seen him before—at the opening of Wintercircus, galloping down the highway at 90 kilometers per hour, or with his tail swishing through the underbrush. And now, he’s finally returned to Wintercircus: Tembo, the life-sized savannah elephant.

But beware—strange things tend to happen around this creature. Was that steam coming out of his rear end? Were those actually two slippers dangling from his belly? And does a little light glow in his head at night?

Some whisper that there’s a girl living inside him. Others claim he’s part of a grand disappearing act by a washed-up magician. Don’t let the rumors fool you—come see for yourself. And don’t forget to wipe your feet! Tembo is a living statue, but also the home of intimate family performances full of stories, always with a pinch of magic.
