Album release & lie-down concert: Mattias Devriendt – All Things Will Clear Up, Eventually
On Monday evening, November 10 (the day before the November 11 public holiday), Mattias Devriendt will present an exclusive preview of his second studio album All Things Will Clear Up, Eventually. The album will be officially released on November 21 on the Antarctica label, but we’ll celebrate early on November 10 with an intimate lie down concert in the Arena of the Wintercircus in Ghent.
Everyone who steps into the Arena of the Wintercircus can’t help but look up — and during this lie down concert, you’ll get to do exactly that for a full hour, without it feeling awkward. Roll out your mat, place your pillow under your head, and enjoy a unique listening experience beneath the iconic roof of the Wintercircus.
Before the concert, there will be an in-depth conversation with Mattias Devriendt and Stijn Jansen (Wintercircus) about his mission, the new album, and their collaboration. The talk will be hosted by Inneke Plasschaert (Klara).
Reserve your vinyl (€30) or CD (€20) copy when buying your ticket, and it will be signed and waiting for you at the entrance — before anyone else gets it.
This will be the fifteenth lie down concert at the Wintercircus, dedicated especially to this new album. Don’t miss it.

Who is Mattias Devriendt?
Mattias Devriendt started playing the piano at age nine and is based in Ghent. Since 2004, he has played in the band Monserey, and in 2022, he launched his solo career as a pianist. No Mozart, Beethoven, or Schubert—just his own compositions. His key influences include Radiohead, Philip Glass, Nicolas Jaar, The Album Leaf, Nils Frahm, Keith Jarrett, and Jóhann Jóhannsson. "My mission is to create moments of peace and reflection through music." In 2024, he completed a series of five EPs under the BRG Benelux label: Simplicity, Contention, Equanimity, Opposition, and Addition. His debut album As I Lay Down was released on vinyl. In 2025, a live album and concert video, The Wintercircus Concert, followed. In October 2023, he was named Gent’s Citizen of the Month by the city of Ghent. He is also Editor-in-Chief of Still magazine. Now, in November 2025, his new album All Things Will Clear Up, Eventually will be released on the Antarctica label — a musical reflection on stillness, acceptance, and clarity.
