Events

What types of events are held at Wintercircus Collective?

We host weekly events covering everything from Arts & Culture, Sports & Wellbeing, Politics & Society, Start-ups & Scale-ups, to Technology & Innovation, and Food & Gastronomy.
Expect talks, masterclasses, keynotes, networking sessions, small gatherings, breakfast meetings, sports activities, and more!

Where can I see the event calendar?

You can find our Collective Calendar here. Or via the Event Button in the App.
All events will be on a first-come, first-served basis, so stay tuned!

Are all the events free?

Most events are free for members, but for some, we may ask for a small contribution depending on the speakers, setup, or catering.
This will always be mentioned on the specific event page.

Can I bring a guest to Collective events?

Yes, for certain events, you can bring one guest. Some events are guests-allowed, while others are members-only. 
When you bring a guest, they'll need to enter with their personal ticket and as a member you’ll need to be with your guest throughout the event.

I need to cancel my attendance.

No worries! Just let us know by e-mail 24 hours upfront.  We’ll take care of the rest.  
But please be mindful that failing to attend after reserving a free ticket might deprive others of the chance to participate in the event.


Facilities and Access

What facilities are available at Wintercircus?

Our facilities include work-friendly spaces like our library & lounge as our silent workspaces. It's important to know that these spaces are Members-Only. 
Next to that we offer several meeting rooms bookable via the Wintercircus App and our inhouse sportsclub FORM. for your workout! 

What’s the difference between Collective and a co-working space?

Collective is so much more than just a workspace. It’s an extension of your (home) office, but we focus on connection and community, not full-time work. Our work-friendly space is limited to encourage inspiration and collaboration.

When can I start using the facilities as a member?

When the administration (Membership Agreement & SEPA mandate) is signed & logged, you'll receive your credentials to acces the Wintercircus App and our portal.

Is the Collective open on weekends?

The Collective is open Monday to Friday, from 8am till 8pm. Closed during the weekend and bank holidays.

What are the opening hours?

Facilities are open from 8 am to 8 pm on business days, with the reception serviced from 9 am to 5 pm.

Is the Collective open on holidays?

No, we’re closed on bank holidays.

How can I book a meeting room?

You can easily book rooms and spaces through the Wintercircus App using your personal account.

How can I book  event space?

Event space is managed by our dear colleagues, so please send an e-mail to events@wintercircus.be.


Meeting Rooms

Can I book a meeting room at Collective?

Yes, Collective Members have exclusive access to a range of meeting rooms from 2 to 12 persons.

Can I make a call in Collective Spaces?

Yes, but we ask you to use the Phone Booths available. Phone booths are nog bookable, so please only use them when needed.​

How many meeting rooms does Wintercircus Collective have, and what equipment is provided?

We have 10 beautiful meeting rooms, all equipped with screens, USB-C connections, video cameras, and more.

What is the Board Room?

The Board Room is an exclusive meeting room foor 20 people, located on the top floor. I
t’s perfect for private meetings, and you can even order lunch or dinner to be served during your session.

Can I book catering for meetings?

Yes, you can order cold catering directly from our partners Bakkerij Klaas & Sakas.

Membership Renewal and Cancellation

Does my membership automatically renew?

Yes, your membership renews annually on the anniversary of your contract. 

What if I want to cancel my membership?

If you'd like to cancel, please notify us in writing to collective@wintercircus.be at least one month before your contract expires.

Can everybody become a member?

Everyone’s welcome to apply, but we do curate memberships carefully to keep our community diverse and dynamic.

What are the criteria to become a member?

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial mindset, a dedication to innovation, and a commitment to contributing to the Wintercircus community. We also take into account a variety of backgrounds and sectors to keep things interesting.

Can you be a member if you're not an entrepreneur?

Definitely! You don’t have to be an entrepreneur to join. As long as you’re aligned with our values, eager to make an impact, and ready to pay it forward, you're a perfect fit.


Membership Fees and Payments

What are the membership fees?

Membership fees are paid annually. You can find more details on our pricing page here.

Can I pay per month?

We only offer annual payments, as we want to build long-term relationships and commitment.

Can I choose when my membership starts?

Your membership will start on the date you sign the contract. Custom start dates aren’t possible.


Membership Benefits and Guest Policies

What benefits do members receive?

Members enjoy access to exclusive events, workshops, networking opportunities, top-notch facilities, and a community of professionals dedicated to making a positive impact. Plus, there’s always great coffee!

Can I share my membership with my partner?

Memberships are personal and non-transferable, but your partner is welcome to apply anytime!

Can my guests use the workspace or member-only room?

Access to our workspace and member-only rooms is reserved for members only. 
Guests can, however, visit our public bars and restaurants.

What if my guests arrive before me?

No worries—your guests can wait for you at the reception until you arrive.
